POLICY
English speaking drivers (not for Private Excursions), parking fees, highway tools, meals for driver, V.A.T./I.V.A.* are included on price where indicated.
Cancellation fees from three day before departure (only for day trip):3-1 day before 25% of total amount, 1 day before 50 % of total amount, no show 100%.
We remind that due to undirect problem (traffic, weather..) pick up time, arrival time, program can change without advise.

WHY BOOK A LICENSED DRIVER SERVICE ?A licensed driver service is a service with a licensed given by an italian townhall under several controls. The unique different by a taxi service is that the service must be under reservation, clients don't find a licensed driver service on the road, or by a parking at airport...
WHY A LICENSED CAR/VAN/MINIBUS ?Due to european law (law 80/2010) all licensed cars, van & minubus must have a full controll from a licensed company every year, for normal cars each 2/4 years (REVISIONE).
WHY BOOK A PROFESSIONAL DRIVER ?To became a professional driver, by the european law, there are several permission and text. Ask always for a C.A.P. (professional certificate of driver) to Your driver.
WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE ?Licensed driver service means 2 times more insurance in the car/van, that's why licensed driver pay more than a normal insurance for cars.
WHY ENGLISH SPEAKING DRIVER ?They gives You more assistance during the service, they can understand You, they can answer to Your question, offering a better service to You.
WHEN THE GUIDE IS INDICATED OR REQUESTED AND CONFIRMED IS OFFICIAL ?Yes. Thank to the partnership with Land Tour Palermo, the local guide on tours (where indicated od requested and confirmed) is an official guide of Sicily.
WHAT ABOUT PAYMENT ? You can pay cash* untill 999.00 € (italian law 211/2011), after You can pay by bank transfer. A regular received will be given to You at the moment of payment. Ask always about received, We are against the ILLEGAL job! We acept also credit card thanks to the new mobile PAYLEVEN credit card system: in this case payment must be done one day before and only on the spot. A person from the company will contact You for the meeting. In order to give a better and sure service a small schedule will be signed before payment and an official envoice will be given to You after payment !
*You can change in all ATM machine in Italy (Bancomat).

We are against illegal job, WE remind to ensure You when You ask a driver service check number of officiale license (not removable number in front & back on car/van/minibus).
